Process took about 2 weeks. Applied online and got an interview a week later. Overall, it was an easy interview. We went into the back and the manager asked me about my availability, a time I dealt with a disgruntled customer and a time I achieved something significant. Received a call 5 days later saying I got the job.

Extremely easy and stress free, went in there much more prepared and nervous than I had to be. Didn't feel very traditional interview style felt much more like a conversation...a little awkward at first but then would get off on tangents about random stuff and laugh about being so far off track.
