I applied through online. the whole process took few weeks. I had all the rounds through Skype. First round was more on problem solving skills, if you are familiar with puzzles its easy to crack. Second round was a technical round, questions related to your field. Third round was with a programming task. I cleared all the rounds, the interviewer had a good impression on my profile but I got a mail on the next day of my final round from the HR saying "other applicant's profile came closer to the requirements". It's really pathetic that the requirements perfectly matched my profile and even after clearing all the rounds. I didn't even had a single call with the HR to discuss regarding the job. It's fully waste of time. please improve the recruitment process. Having a HR screening round first to prevent wasting the time of both.
