Did 3 rounds of interviews and a take-home assessment. At my level, the focus was more on cultural questions and assessing my own goals and experiences as they relate to the company.

Why are you interested in working at Highwire and the technology industry?
45 minute call with recruiter, three back to back interviews, then a test. All were very friendly but the interview/test block can be nerve wracking. The questions were mainly behavioral with a few about tech media trends.
