It was a cross hire interview. SQL developer were called for interview who would be given training in Peoplesoft. Written test was little tricky. it was multiple choice questions. Level 1 technical questions were easy to crack in basic SQL. Level 2 was average with some invalid questions. and had HR round over phone and mail for document collection. Though HR told you are shortlisted, I did not receive offer letter. HR kept on saying he is waiting for approval. already 2 weeks had gone and still HR says the same.
