Lengthy and multiple decision makers involved. Recruiting pre screens, you must schedule a date and time in advance through their system. Depending on the location, you will meet with a location manager for an interview. The next round is regional GM. After that you have an interview with national manager. If you make it through that, there is a lengthy background check process, reference check, education check. If you have made it this far, then possible offer and drug screen.

Easy process to set up interview. Got a text message and scheduled online for the next day. Arrived at the correct time and waited a while for the manager to get off the phone.

Interview process was null. I ended up reaching out to them. Seems the company is going through some changes. It’s probably due to current work market, but they had no sense of urgency for a company that needs help immediately
