The phone interview was quick, they recruiter knew what she wanted and asked the right questions. She asked me to come in that week for a followup interview. It wasn't so much an interview but much more of telling me what the position entails and strategic plans. Once the interview was over, I did not hear back from them, even after my follow up email.
