I got a call from head office.i explained my job role and my current package and expectations.My interview was scheduled.that was ok .My 2nd round was schedule on skype.it continued for 30 minutes After some days I got a call that I am shortlisted .They congratulate me .again asked my expected salary and my joining date.But after a day or two they told me .My expected salary is high ancdthey have lready recruited someone under their paying salary bracket.Why the organisation is wasting their resources and time and candidate time too..when they are not able to pay.
