after completing an online questionnaire i received an email to schedule a phone interview. they gave 15 minutes intervals through out the day up to 10pm. She called me 4 minutes before time scheduled. It started off with her reading the description from a script, same info you see in job posting. Asked about work history, years with co's and what jobs entailed. she asked only a few questions and confirmed that i was willing to do all of the requirements. she asked how soon after acceptance i could start, said i would hear back within 10 days. I have received emails when they have openings in my area, applied 2 months ago, 3 emails of jobs.

Very easy. I had a scheduled phone appointment. I was asked very basic situational questions. I was offered a job at the end of the call. It was a good job.
A 15-minute phone interview is usually a quick, casual chat to see if you're a good fit before moving forward. It starts with a short intro and maybe a little small talk, then they’ll ask you to talk about your background and experience. After that, they might throw in a couple questions about your skills or how you’ve handled things at work. They’ll also tell you a bit about the job and the company. Near the end, you’ll get a chance to ask a question or two, and they’ll let you know what comes next. It’s more of a vibe check than a deep dive, so no need to stress too much.

Entrevista
It was a conversational phone interview manner. The interviewer was kind and informational. They were easy to talk to and it was short and to the point. They asked me when I would be available to start work and if I could do the job duties.
