You cannot just easily pass their screening test- their initial interview was hard and asks too many situational questions, they have written exam, they have online exam and final interview. It is a one day process so expect to be in their office foe almost the entire day

Entrevista
Initial interview via phone then assessments then schedule you for another interview then lastly an interview with the hiring manager. Although it took a week after to be called for an interview with the hiring manager. And then when you've been interviewed by the hiring manager they call you again for an interview with a different hiring manager because they still have a full team for the department of the previous hiring manager
