I learned during interview process that the team was not structured well. I was way overqualified for the position but was still willing to consider. I talked CEO last after he missed our first scheduled call, and asked him so many good questions he stuttered to answer some. About a week after that I got a decline as candidate and I am sure it was because they couldnt afford me.
