Entrevista
Freshers can either join as OJT or permanent employee. OJT (trainee) employees will get minimum packages than permanent. The likely-hood for getting job as OJT is much more. Permanent positions are filled by campus interview from Polytechnic colleges and there are various tests. To join as OJT, you have to apply directly to regional offices of HCL Infosystems Ltd and they will call you for sure within 4 months and interview will be easy if you are an average student in college.
Note:- Those who are highly qualified, DO NOT apply for the job in HCL Infosystems Ltd unless you are very desperate for a job. This job is gonna lose to carrier. Trying hard here is the only way to escape from here.

Pregunta 1
Permanent Positions: Mental ability tests, Basic questions related to your college syllabus.
OJT: Simple questions and you will pass most of the time.
1. Aptitude test
2. Face to face interview - Level 1
3. Face to face Interview - Level 2 with Senior Manager
At level one, expect general technical questions. At level 2, expect more HR type questions and questions on the company profile, areas of work etc.
