Filled out application on line. Got a call from recruiter for a brief phone interview. Set-up 1st interview with DSM. STAR interview process. 2nd interview with two local Branch Managers. 3rd interview with another District's DSM.

The Interview process took around 3 weeks to complete. First I met with the recruiter, then the District sales a manager, and then Director of Commercial Sales. Interviews were efficient, and well thought out.

They ate interested in knowing your previous experience in a sales role. Specifically, are you resourceful and motivated? They ask you to submit info for a background check and take a drug test. 2 - 3,interviews before they let you know.
