My friend referred me then I had this 45m technical phone interviews immediately. The guy who interviewed me was very friendly. He was speaking very slow and described the problems very clearly. As my major is math, he did not ask hard coding questions. Instead, he asked a lot about my research projects, followed by one coding question and one math question.
