I sent the application with their webapp. Contacted me a couple of days later. I spoke with the recruiter over the phone and we arranged 2 phone interviews a month later. 1 hour each with two different engineers, the same day one after the other. The interviews were very technical about algorithms and OO design. After a week or so they told me to arrange a new phone interview, again one month later. The recruiter told me I passed and she was looking for a host for my internship. More than 6 weeks passed and the recruiter won't find any host for me. I was about to pass the deadline for the host-matching and I was very frustrated. Suddenly, one Friday afternoon I got an email from the recruiter telling me that she was about to start her maternity leave and I was transferred to another recruiter. This new recruiter found a perfect host-match in a few hours. I think the first recruiter was not very interested on finding me a host maybe she was more worried about the maternity. I got the offer via air mail and signed it. The company helped A LOT with all the visa paperwork.
