Long and redundant, There were in total 5/6 interviews with the same questions being asked. I should have just been on large panel interview. I felt like I kept repeating myself and it was spread out over 3 months and way too long of a process

1st round with assistant manager 2nd round with group manager and director finance offer and then acceptance. took around a month to complete. Managers were friendly and encouraging. lots of technical questions so know the job description well

It was different. 3 different people with 3 very different perspectives interviewed me. 2 went well 1 didn't. I was never contacted again by them. Overall there was a strange atmosphere to the offices I was in.

Entrevista
I met them on campus at our career fair, everyone was very friendly and I enjoyed talking to various individuals in Finance and Accounting. From there they held an on campus interview, and after that you moved to an on-site interview in Akron. It was four, 30 minute interview sessions with various Finance leaders and a quick wrap-up lunch with a tour.
