About 2-3 weeks after I submitted an application, I was interviewed by two people at the corporate office. The interview was approximately 30-45 minutes. After the interview, they emailed me a personality test to take at home. The test was straightforward and included things like basic math and reading. A few days (if I remember right) after that, one of the people who interviewed me called me back and offered me a job.
