Extensive. You have two phone screenings and if you get the green light, then you are flown out to the office for an in-person interview. The in-person interview is composed of a series of tests, which you need to show promise on to receive the job offer.

A roleplay scenario about a woman wanting to start a fitness program, but the objection was that she wanted to postpone; however, she wanted to reach a certain goal before an upcoming event.

It was super long. 5 rounds of interviews 1-2 hours each + 2-3 preparation calls in between.
Super tiring with a lot of repetitive questions which you always need to provide a new answer. Even 2 times bigger companies has no such process.
lots of resources provided and coaching, very warm and friendly team. They also provide a lot of tips and tricks to wow interviewers. You also get to meet with someone in the position you've applied for to get a feel of the day to day.

What would you have done differently on our mock call
The interview process was structured and professional. It began with a recruiter phone screen, followed by a behavioral interview and a role-play scenario. They focused on coachability, motivation, and communication skills. Overall, it was smooth and informative.
