Once the application is filled out online, a link is sent by email to complete a personality test. If you score well on the personality assessment, someone will contact you to do a phone interview. If the phone interview goes over well, you are then asked to go into the hiring location to complete computer testing. If you pass the computer and typing tests, you are then asked to stay for the rest of the interview process. The rest of the process consists of a face-to-face interview, role playing, job shadowing, then a final interview with the hiring manager of the department. Once you get through the role playing part of the assessment, everything else is pretty much smooth sailing. It is a rather long process but be patient and have a great attitude to show them you really want the position. It generally takes anywhere from 4-6 hours if you are going to be offered a position for the whole process in one day.

It took 1 month all together from 4/16/25 to 5/13/25. Pretty lengthy process. Step 1: 30 min behavioral-situational based assessment. The type of assessment they had me take really didn't have much to do with the actual role which was a tad bit frustrating. Step 2: 30 minute interview. Be prepared to know your job history. The recruiter began by discussing the role, training expectations and she asked some behavioral questions. There are 2 role play scenarios. I know I did well in the interview, I was told by the recruiter she would endorse me to the hiring manager however on 5/13/25, I received a rejection letter 2 weeks after the interview (after being told it would take only 1-3 business days to hear back) which is disappointing considering I was qualified and I interviewed well.
