Online video records was followed by a brief phone interview. You have three attempts to record your answers which makes the process a little less stressful and easy. Overall was a pretty seamless process

Decent experience with the hiring managers. They asked a ton of questions and provided transparency on everything that was mentioned.
It was a simple interview and I would recommend the company.

Put in an application then the next day I passed through to take this online test, then I passed through that. Then I took my video interview which let me know that I wasn't chosen for the position the next day. A pretty quick interview process happened in less than 2 weeks.

2-step interview process starting with a general on where you are asked questions based on experience and why do you think you are fit for the role.
role-play portion for the interview where you act as a claims adjuster and you are given time limits to complete an estimate. will be evaluated based on score and completion of estimate and ability to handle stress and multiple things at one time in a situation
