I applied online on a Saturday and had the phone interview Tuesday. Phone interview was about 30 minutes. Know why you want to work there, some Geico background info, and talk about your leadership experiences. I came in the next Friday for an in person interview. (Prepare answers for leadership and behavioral questions and get a good amount of sleep). In person interview consisted of a multitasking test, wpm test and personality/aptitude test. If you pass that then you will sit down with your recruiter and have a 1 to 1 interview for about an hr on behavioral/situational questions. After that I got offered to come back in for a final interview. That final interview consisted of shadowing someone in the department you would be in for about an hour, and then you will sit down with the hiring managers for another 30 minute interview.
