first there was presentation, and the panel of four interview two at a time. They were more focused on how one understands meeting deadline.
I felt i was genuine during the interview and they saw it that way.

Entrevistas técnicas de alto nivel debido a la complejidad de la labor que se desarrolla dentro del centro de ingeniería, Es muy importante tener conocimiento de Mecanica, Termica, Termodinamica, asi como de temas de GDT.

First they took a written test which consisted of aptitude and technical questions. Then they took two technical interviews and one HR interview. They focused on the basics of engineering. Interviews were not that difficult.
