"The recruitment team kept me waiting for over two weeks. When they finally called, there were technical issues, I could hear them, but they couldn’t hear me, After sending multiple emails they finally send someone to call again. When I eventually got a proper call to take the language test, the recruiter rushed me through it without explaining how the evaluation process worked.
After finally taking the language test, the assessor called back just 15 minutes later to say I didn’t pass a simple test after having fluent conversation with her overall, she rejected without explaining why or how the evaluation was done. Overall, it feels like both the recruiters and the assessors are doing their jobs without passion, simply rushing through the process. There’s no clear communication or genuine interest, and it gives the impression they just want to get it over with quickly. I also considered that it was not about my English but my slightly Spanish accent as I am a native speaker.
I studied for a Master's degree in the UK. I have 12 years of experience in B2C sales back home and B2B sales for British companies and previous experience with call centre jobs, this has been one of the most unprofessional hiring processes I’ve encountered. I wouldn’t recommend it.
