The interview was short and tense. I was selected for an interview despite the position's salary being £20000+ under my lower acceptable salary bracket. The salary progression and the role seniority within different teams were very unclear. Despite having applied for other roles within the company at the time of the interview, I wasn't encouraged or guided to pursue those mid- to higher-level roles more suitable for the level of my experience in the industry (10+ years). Throughout the process of recruitment, a promised reply within a week would come with a two or three week delay.
