The first interview with recruiter was a classic talk about my background. The second interview was about my experience and background with a technical manager from Paris. Third, they send me take home exercise with development and non technical questions. Afterwards, there are two technical video chat with technical team from SF.
Throughout the recruitment process they care to get the best of interviewee. The idea wasn't to prove weakness.
Technical test with increasing difficulty: design a simple game in pseudo language, design it to be used through the internet, design it to be highly scalable and available.
