Applied on FreshBooks website for this position. There was no phone screen or anything for me. Just an email to set up a 30 minute online interview with 2 devs. Interviewers were pleasant to speak with. Very relaxed interview experience. About half behavioural and half technical. Technical questions were very general and had some ambiguities. Received an offer about 1 week after interview but declined due to another opportunity
