I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. 30 minutes phone interview -> 1 hours onsite interview 1 hour onsite interview most of the questions they asks are very standard.

They gave me a phone interview first, it just went over the experience wrote on the resume and last 30mins. For the onsite interview there were 4 people interviewed me. They also showed me some design and asked me what should I do to improve the existing problem. The whole interview process was very relax and happy. They explained well about the position and wanted make sure whether that is what I want

First they will call you to filter out. then if they think you are good fit for this position, they will call you to schedule the onside interview. the process is pretty quick

Two steps of interviewing, first is HR's reviewing, usually give some tests(mind, aptitude). second is direct supervisor. It usually takes 1 to 2 weeks for all process. It's not that difficult.

Most likely interviewed by the direct superior of the applied job. Before the interview, depending on the requirement of the direct supervisor, there maybe a personal characteristic test, IQ test and English ability test. Also HR dept will do a brief interview and company intro. The tests won't matter much if you make a good impression during the interview. Salary depends on the supervisor, but like more Taiwan based companies, the salary is hardly satisfying.
