I interviewed at Sitel Hi-Tech city location
1st round:JAM
You have to choose your own topic.
2nd round:HR screening
They will test your communication skills by asking many questions!
3rd round:Voice and Accent
You will be given a certain topic and you have to speak on that topic continuously
in a headphone till the recruiter stops you.
The computer will rate your communication skills.
If u get more than 60 rating by the computer then you will be selected for the HR round.
4th round:HR round
In HR round you will be selected based on your talent.

Entrevista
It is 3 step process screening, GD and HR round which are very simple and easy .In screening round they will test for voice and plagiarism,GD depends on the interviewer it's either you favorite topic or they will ask a question, 3rd round is Just explanation about job role.
The interview process is way too long. Had to wait for almost 3hrs for final feedback only to know that I did not pass the account. I gave my comment to the recruitment right away and she said that they are short in manpower thats why the process took so long.

they will give the list of names.
pre-placement talk will happen.
then the first round was give a 3min talk on your own topic.
after that a normal basic interview
and then offer letter
