The structure of the interview process was well planned out. I had a discussion with talent acquisition about the role and a phone interview followed. There were then two separate days of on-site interviews. We walked through my past experience and spoke about the role. There was a case-study aspect that I found very rewarding. It allows the Company to assess a candidate in a more high-stress situation, but it also allowed me to see what it would be like to work with a few potential colleagues. Overall the process took 2 to 3 weeks and I felt well informed along the way.
