I originally applied for another position and with no further notice before the actual phone interview, I was told I would be a better fit for the position listed in this review. I prepared for the position I thought I originally applied for. I had no description of the position I was truly interviewing for beyond the interviewers vague description. Had I known the details and specifications of the Payment Specialist role, I feel I would have definitely framed my answers better. I feel I didn’t get a fair shake at the position. A notification beforehand about the position the recruiter thought I would be a good fit for would have been greatly appreciated.
