Three round process, met with the roles manager, did a test project, then moved forward and met with the CEO & COO. I was thrilled with how speaking to the manager in the first round went, and highly enjoyed the test project, but when meeting for the third interview they lost me early on in the interview. They were highly unprepared and I was presented with duplicate questions from the first round, when they asked me to tell them a joke I knew this wasn't the job fit for me.
