Hiring Manager interviewed when he got the resume through the agency. Verified with me all my credentials and experience with industry and the roles I played. Specific contributions were asked for select companies I worked for.Salary was fixed by the hiring manager and communicated then and there. Project discipline Lead also joined the interview and asked few courteous questions and asked to join in a week possibly. Over all it was a Good atmospehere.
