First round is playing a game called 'Neurolympics' at home. Although they don't reject candidates solely based on this test, it counts in the application procedure as a whole. Second round is in the office where you have a mental math test (10 min, 75q or so). If you pass (>60% correct), you immediately make an IQ test (number-based and text-based reasoning ability). If you pass this (average score >7 of 9), you get an interview with an HR recruiter and a trader that lasts around an hour. If all goes well you make a case session (45 min prep. + 2 hours with two senior traders discussing the case).

First was a mental maths test of roughly same level as Optiver 80 in 8. Then had a 1-1 interview with HR, did not pass as had not researched company well enough.
