If the store doesn't have paper applications, they are not hiring. 99% of the time online applications are never even looked at, and handing the application to anyone does not guarantee it will actually ever be seen. Interview questions sometimes can be: •What do you think are the most important qualities to have to get a job with Five Below •How long do you plan to work for Five Below •What would you do if your replacement was late to work? •Are you available on weekends? •Why do you think our customers like Five Below? •How would you encourage customers to return to our store? •What previous experience do you have in the retail industry? After interview if you do not recieve call back within a week, call back once every three days until you are told the postion(s) have been filled or you do not meet the criteria.
