The first step was a phone interview with a recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, finally a peer interview. I was then told about a hiring freeze. I was later contacted about another position, but I already accepted a position elsewhere.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Out of my 15+ years in the workforce this was the most unprofessional interview process that I have ever experienced. After receiving an email from a recruiter with Fiserv stating that she would like to speak with me I noticed the first miscommunication within the company by her telling me an interview time and her not specifying a specific time zone causing the first telephone interview to be on EST when I am on CST, we eventually were able to speak on the phone when she advised me that if the position is offered to me all employees must have the vaccine, or must show proof of medical or religious reason on why the employee cannot get the vaccine. She scheduled me for a second virtual interview process with 2 managers a few days later, the interview invite was also sent to both ladies and confirmed the next day by The recruiter through text, after joining the meeting through the link sent to me at the expected interview time I waited 20 minutes for no one to join the meeting. I reached out to The recruiter who sent me a text stating she was out of the office, so I emailed Both managers notifying them that I had an interview scheduled with them both that was missed and wondering how to proceed. I quickly received an automated email from 1 manager stating she is out of the office, the other manager emailed me and apologized and informed me that there was conflict in her schedule and the recruiter will reach out to me to reschedule the interview. I received a call and a text From The recruiter a few days later stating that in order to be considered for the position a candidate has to be vaccinated so they could not move forward with my application. Not once was I contacted and asked if my vaccination status has changed within the past week or given an allotted time frame to get vaccinated to be considered. Just from the interview process alone I am grateful to have dodged a bullet I can only imagine the mistake I would have made by taking on a position only to regret my decision within a months time.
