I inquired in the store whether or not they were hiring, and once I was told that they were, I applied online. Following my submission of my application, I called the store to follow up on my application progress. They told me they would call me within the next few days. They did, and conducted a short over the phone interview. Once I passed that, I scheduled my in store interview.

Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
