If you have a growth mindset, this company is not for you. They are reaching for a fixed mindset type of person with very specific hard skills. Be prepared for engineering level questions and not product questions.

The only nice product question asked was: If you were FT CEO how would you deal with the problem of newspapers becoming obsolete?
Other questions were technical (engineering level technical) and it’s not even worth adding them here. If you are a true product leader and have a growth mindset, I’d recommend keeping distance from FT.
