The process was quite complex and confusing. Unfortunately, I did not receive any feedback throughout the process, which made it even more frustrating. In my opinion, the entire process could benefit from simplification and streamlining. Additionally, I strongly recommend that the company provide all applicants and interviewees with clear, concise, and detailed feedback, regardless of whether or not they are offered a position. This would go a long way in improving the overall experience for everyone involved and would help the company to attract top talent.
