I applied and was immediately asked to complete a take home assessment (8 am the next day when I applied over the weekend). It wast a pretty involved assessment to be honest. After completing it, I was again immediately asked to give availabilities for an interview. I mention the immediacy because there was no time for a human to review either my application or assessment. The interview didn't go well, which is on me. But I was never given a chance to review my assessment, which, again, took a large amount of time. If you're going to ask an applicant to spend a considerable amount of time on an assessment, the bare minimum should be to offer a chance to review it with them.
