4 stage process as detailed on the company website.
1. Initial discussion with recruitment / talent team
2. Technical interview (System Design - Deep Dive of a system I was familiar with, going in to a good amount of detail on a number of different areas).
3. Manager skills (Mostly situational type questions around management skills: delivery, people management, prioritization, communication, etc)
4. Role / Culture fit with a senior leader (again mostly situational type questions diving deep on things that are important for the role / team)

Systems Design (Tell me about a system you're familiar with. What tradeoffs were made, and why? What alternatives were considered? Tell me about datastoreX. What protocol was using? What were the security implications of ? etc. Gradually going deeper on some areas)
Management skills were mostly situational type questions around management skills: delivery, people management, prioritization, communication, etc

Entrevista
Five-Step Process. Explained at the beginning and they provide good pointers and a company handbook. 1. HR Screening; 2. Initial TA Interview with person with Senior Engineering Manager role who I would be directly reporting too; 3. Management Skills Interview with person with Engineering Manager role; 4. Systems Design with two engineers; 5. Final Interview with a SVP role. Roughly 1h each interview. One SVP role employee failing to appear to the 3rd interview without any kind of apologies later in the 5th final interview. At the point of the 3rd interview I was asked if I wanted to continue the process given the regrettable episode to which - with reservation - I said yes. Feedback for the last interview took a long time and in the end I was told they decided to hire internally instead and cancel the process.
