This was an interview as an internal applicant so I was perhaps a little to relaxed in my approach. There was a panel consisting of the Hiring Center Manager, an interim District Manager, and oddly enough a District Auditor. The Center Manager and District manager were very warm and receptive during the interview. The District Auditor (who's presence I am still trying to figure out) was more rigid at first but gradually warmed to me over the course of the talk. It lasted around 45 minutes and consisted of the standard battery of questions laid out in the company'y interview protocol. Strengths/weaknesses, teamwork, and managerial styles to name a few. Ultimately I think that the interview was a formality and there was already a candidate in mind. This is mostly because I never heard back from the manager, nor received any constructive feedback reguarding my interview. But if you are interviewing new to the company, especially in the NYC area, my advice would to be professional and articulate in your presentation. And as far as the content, focus on your ability to multi-task, delegate responsibility, effectively manage employees, and most importantly work under pressure.
