Sort Observation- A tour of the company and the manager shows you what's going on while the employees were working. Once when the observation was over the management would give us a call and give us the time to be at the interview.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.

No interview or drug test only background. They keep you updated throughout the process. Hr contacted me after two weeks due to weather. She described details about the position as well
