It’s not an interview anymore. Since all our new hires come on as “casual” drivers, they are given a tour of the facility and shown how things work. Most will decide not to go forward as they won’t have benefits and are limited to a certain number of hours per week.

I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.

Straight to the point and basic questions. Tell me about yourself? How do you handle a stressful situation? Can you deal with changing weather
Then the interviewer will conclude with a typical week of a courier
