I applied online through the company website. I got an email inviting me for an interview. Answered the interview questions. Got offered the job right then and there. Came back for orientation and a tour.

The usual interview questions (ex: tell me about yourself)
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
