I applied online and received a response 2 days later to schedule phone interview. Did my phone interview a week and half later. The phone interview basically just went over the job description and training. Went over my resume and then she did ask a Star question. After that she scheduled me an actual interview. In my interview it was 2 managers and I believe a director. Prior to star question we went more in detail about my prior experience. They asked me 3 Star question and the 4th question was a scenario which they send you in advance and you give your response. I felt the scenario question was easy to answer as I'm already knowledgeable in the field I was applying for. The next day I did receive an offer.
