The interviewer was from an acquired company, most weird and borderline illegal questions. Seems to have no experience in interviewing, unable to clarify or have active listening skills. General questions about the industry, products, segments and networks.
Interview with Team Lead and Managing director. questions on sales experience and general market knowledge on asset management. Sales number and relationship in the region. They have also asked you to walk through your BD and prospecting process

Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIN for a screening. After telling me that they were interested in having me go through the interview process, they completely ghosted me. I'm ok with not getting the job or even going through the process, what concerns me is the lack of respect & communication.
