First a phone screen with someone from FDM - Virtual Interview with the Account Manager where you go through the types of questions that they will ask - Assessment Center where they go through behavioural questions and also technical questions - If you pass through the stage before, you write a cv for a client and then go for an interview with the client that they have assigned you to.

If you faced a difficulty at the workplace, how would you handle it ?
The interview was an online interview with one trainer who was simply asking very basic behavioural and situational questions. You can expect role specific interview if application is for a specific role. My role was not techical so questions were about education, past experience and client communication and financial knowledge focussed.

Impromptu phone interview. Then a scheduled zoom/teams interview with recruitment team. An on-site interview with 3 sessions: group discussion, individual interview with account manager, a simple technical interview designed for non-technical background people.
