I submitted an application through a hiring agency, and received a call within a couple of days. They offered to interview me over the phone, but I told them it would be no problem to drive to meet them in person. They asked me 4 interview questions. Two people sat in on the interview- and although it could have been intimidating, their questions were meant to start conversations.
