I am a former manager looking to go back into retail. I had a interview with a store manager and then to the district manager. I really thought everthing went well, I always had good perfomance reviews previously So I was shocked when I didn't get the job. I found out they won't pay near what I used to make I'm sad to see the company pass me up for that reason....

What do you bring to this position now that is different then previous?
There was no phone screen, just a call to confirm interview availability. One interview with store manager at the store. Basic questions about experience and expectations. Called with an offer shortly thereafter.
It was conducted in the back office of an Express store. It was an hour long. I did not have to do a second interview. They were hiring for multiple positions at multiple locations.

Entrevista
Standard. Interview with the Store Manager, followed by a District Manager interview. The questions were what you would expect, just had to wait a couple weeks to get in for the District Manager interview.
