Hiring process includes first round of 1 hour written test which includes mix of analytical, logical reasoning, basics of sql, xml and java related 35 questions. Some of them are oobjective. For some questions use case is provided to relate and write sql queries applicable. Approx 2 or 3 Conceptual questions are asked on xml, java technology which are very basic.
