Entrevista
Met company representatives at a job fair at Western Washington University. Talked with one of them for a while and handed in a resume. I received a phone call a few weeks later and had a phone interview setup. After a half hour phone interview an in person interview was setup at their offices in Seattle. The office is nice, looks professional, everything very clean. The interview was with two sets of two people, the questions fit the questions for an Intern that doesn't really know what he is looking for (which was good for me as I didn't really know) but they got to know me as a person to figure out how well I would do. Culture is the thing I didn't like, it is uptight, everyone wears business professional, guys wear ties, upper managements adds a jacket to that. Got a phone call next business day saying I got the Internship and I accepted.
Be sure to dress up for them and if you are wearing a jacket that isn't a business jacket, do not hang it over your chair, that is frowned upon.

First round is an aptitude assessment based on speed , time , ratios , work topics followed by Group discussion round and the topic was general . Once shortlisted the next round is Technical Face to Face round and the final round is cultural fit round.
good, straightforward, and very comprehensive, recruiters are helpful and always there for support. There are two rounds, one is 1-on-1 with a recruiter and the other is a panel interview.
The Interview wasn't too difficult, was asked an even mix of personality/ experience questions by one of the managers in the department. Lasted about 30-45 minutes and they got back to me the next week.
